- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Willing to bid on a project or work hourly. Hourly projects will require reimbursement for up front material costs if I incur them prior to starting the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will call, introduce myself, find out more about the project, if it fits into my skillset I'll come out and take a look at the work site and either give a bid for the project or we can go by hourly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18 years of renovating many of mine and my investment partners' properties and have been doing it as a service for the last year or so.
