I started investing in real estate when I was 19 in Hawaii where I was stationed in the Navy. I've taken 20ish homes to the studs and back and a while back started offering my services.
I'm proficient at flooring, light carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, move in move out turnover, pretty much anything cosmetic. I steer clear of stone work as I am not very good at it and I dislike it :)
I've got all the saws. Circular, Table, Reciprocating, Jig, Multitool, Miter, Band. Also have finish nail gun, Several different types of drills. Most things required for electrical (I have a pipe bender on my wish list). Anything I don't have but need for your project I'm willing to buy and add to my arsenal.
I've lived several different lives. Deployments, Real Estate Investor, running door to door sales teams, worked on Wall Street as a cyber security head hunter, started many of my own small businesses. None of them let me work with my hands and problem solve on a day to day basis the same way as doing this.

Abe was great to work with! He gave a very fair quote up front after reviewing the project which consisted of drywall, plumbing, installing a vanity, and some baseboards. He had a couple projects going and he was working on getting all of us completed on our timelines. When he had conflicts or other potential issues, he messaged and made sure that his plan would work and ensured that my work was done by the promised time. He actually finished a day early which was appreciated. I’d definitely call him again as he clearly has a very broad knowledge base of various tasks and he is very enthusiastic about his craft as well as other projects he shared such as woodworking which he also has an impressive skill with.

Abe was fantastic to work with! We had a handful of projects that needed to be taken care of at our rental property, and he handled everything quickly and professionally. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Willing to bid on a project or work hourly. Hourly projects will require reimbursement for up front material costs if I incur them prior to starting the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will call, introduce myself, find out more about the project, if it fits into my skillset I'll come out and take a look at the work site and either give a bid for the project or we can go by hourly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18 years of renovating many of mine and my investment partners' properties and have been doing it as a service for the last year or so.
