Jay responded quickly to my questions and was able to act fast to complete a floor for me. He estimated, bid, picked up the flooring, sealed and leveled the floor, and installed it and trim within a week. It was done by the time the other bids came in. His bid turned out to be a bit more expensive then others but with the speed and responsiveness it was worth it. Also he was willing to look at other issues while on site and gave me advice. Because my property is in Pueblo he seemed less eager to do small jobs. I think this because he became less responsive when asked to replace the paint roller he borrowed and to look at a drawer. Tip: if you're a business and pay him on venmo you won't need his ein for a 1099. Overall I would consider Jay again for larger projects.

Jays responded to my request to install a new sliding shower door within minutes and completed the work the following Monday. The guys were respectful of my property and professional throughout the whole installation. There was an issue with the door that I purchased, where you could hear screeching sounds as it opened and closed, but Jays explained the issue was with the manufacturer and even offered to contact the manufacturer for me. Overall I’m very happy with the installation and their professionalism.
