I live in Falcon, CO. and have had to replace my roof a couple of times in the past years due to hail damage. T and L Roofing Experts in the Colorado Springs area were recommended to me by my neighbor who said they did excellent work, they had just replaced his roof. I contacter Lee Maese the owner and he and his associate Tony came out and inspected my roof and discussed options that I had. I contracted T and L Roofing to install a new roof on my home. I was so impressed with the job they did! Right on time, they kept me aware of the process, helped me with filing the claim with the insurance company, worked with my insurance companies adjuster and just made the whole process seamless. The workers put tarps down, relocated some of my yard features so they would not be damaged and put them back in place after. They did a thorough clean up after the job was finished, swept everything, picked up all the rogue nails on the ground, and made sure they removed any debris. Lee and Tony met with me after the completion to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I was so satisfied with the job they did when another hail storm hit my house a few years later I contacted them again to replace my roof. And since I live in hail alley here in Falcon I am having to file another claim for roof replacement now and I will be contacting T and L again if the adjuster determines I need another roof. Without a doubt they are hands down the best roofing company I have ever engaged. Great job T and L!!

This company is amazing! . After an initial leak in my roof that was covered by my insurance, the roof developed a second leak due to wear and tear around my swamp cooler that was not covered. I called four companies, including one for emergencies and nobody responded. We were desperate as we knew it would leak when the next storm came in a few days. This company was recommended to me and Lee, one of the owners, was there within an hour and a half, and put a tarp over the affected area. While there, Lee recommended a full roof replacement. He quickly gave me an estimate and answered all of my questions as to what was exactly going to be replaced or fixed. We moved forward and began the process. Lee always kept me informed and was always available by phone or text. On the day of the replacement, the crew arrived on time and got right to work and they had all the materials with them. Lee and Tony, the owners, came and checked on the crew and the job.This company saved us!! For your next roofing job, please call them!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process with working with a new customer, is setting up a time to meet to go over what needs to be completed and getting an estimate for the work. Once we agree on the estimate, and the repairs are approved we will set up a date to get the repairs completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Licensed with Pikes Peak Regional Building Department and have passed the ICC Roofing Test. I am also Certified on Wind and Hail Inspections on your roof.
