Squeegee Ninja was terrific. Like a trusted friend I felt completely at ease with his professionalism and easy communication style. My home was built in 1901. The windows had never been professionally cleaned. Years of rain stain, poor interior washing along with sporadic exterior care left them dull. I’m thrilled with the results and highly recommend Squeegee Ninja.

Squeegee Ninjas were fantastic! They were efficient and thorough, and the windows are now spotless. They pointed out window damage that we were not aware of during the walk through. That was greatly appreciated. The Ninja's will be hired again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look at many factors such as how many stories, are the windows french windows, is there tinting on the glass, will we need ladders, how many people will it take to do the job efficiently, are there any obstacles outside that may be where the ladder needs to go, etc. That is so I can give you the best quality service with reasonable prices and make your window cleaning experience a great one!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and anyone that may be with me. I review what the job is to verify special requests and answer any questions. Then I explain where we will start and what steps we will take in the process. I let the customer know when the inside is complete and let them know we are starting on the outside. Finally, I let the customer know when we are done and do a walk-through with the customer before asking for payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have cleaned windows since 2001. I have cleaned commercial and residential buildings, as well as store front.
