From start to finish, Weston was extremely professional in all that he did when it came to replacing my office windows. From laying down walk mats across my carpet, covering furniture and valuables, and recommending that I remove any pictures, paintings etc from the walls so as not to have anything fall. When it came to picking out windows, Weston recommended the best possible windows that fit my price range. He was quick and efficient in removing the old and putting in the new. You can tell that he is extremely knowledgeable in his craft and takes pride in what he does. I will most definitely be reaching out to Weston when it comes time to replace the rest of the windows on the house!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts feel nice and are a courtesy if there is one to be provided, however many high quality companies or individuals will tell you that “you get what you pay for”. Quality does come with a price and you will be rewarded with the quality that comes from paying someone well to do a job. If we have a discount available we will be sure to pass it along to you, our customers!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are accepted as a contractor we will ask for as many details relating to your project so that we can deliver and exceed your expectations and vision for the project. After gathering information we will submit a plan, quote and down payment to you for review and get it signed off before we get to work. Final balance will be required on day of work being completed.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is always beneficial to provide as much detail as possible to allow contractors to decide whether the job is the right fit for everyone.
