My sister and I are not from the Denver area and had to find an apartment before we moved out here, and we really lucked out by finding Terrence's listing. He was completely transparent about the apartment (we were obviously wary about committing to a place we'd never seen) and very patient and accommodating during our move. He even agreed to to let us move in a day early and took the time to meet us personally (on a Sunday) to let us into the unit and answer any questions we had. Since moving in, Terrence has been consistent in his responsiveness and reliability. Issues in our home have been very limited, but when they do arise he takes action immediately. We can tell that he genuinely cares about his listings and his clients, and we're very grateful to him for helping us transition to the area; he's truly an exceptional property manager.

Denver Property Management rented our townhouse in less than 10 days when another company could not do it in 2 months. Just closed on a 4bed/2.5bath with Scott Burke at Wisdom Real Estate! When I first ran into Scott I had intended on tip-toeing into the market in a small apartment or a condo. I ended up figuring out that I could have my forever home right here in Denver! I had doubts due to low credit score and it being my first home purchase.. Scott gave me zero pressure, figured out what I wanted (What I REALLY wanted), and explained to me what I could afford with multiple different lifestyle choices: Struggle but could make it, Comfortable but must be conservative, or Relaxed and reckless spending; These pertaining to what my life would be like with each property $$ range. We received comparisons on houses in the surrounding areas when talking about potential offers, he pointed out what HE noticed was wrong with each property so we didn't fall into a money pit later (Remember : We were first time buyers and needed help), he offered insight on strategy when placing offers, explained differences in property locations and how they pertain to their overall value, he was innovative on what we could do to upgrade, he kept our mortgage/loan company on track, he showed up to appraisals when we couldn't make it, and the list goes on. Scott gave us respect right from the start. He worked with us before we had a Pre-Approval (Which multiple agents decline us), he guided us every step of the way, and in the inevitable stressful moments in the process, he always found a way to lighten the load for us! I have already recommended Scott Burke to friends in the area looking for any and all property interests. He earned our trust from start to finish, and will get an invite to the house warming party. I will continue to work with Scott on future purchases and for his experience and wisdom in his profession. Thank you Scott for everything you've done for us, and everything you've given.

Andrew is amazing at what he does. You can tell he truly cares not just about the job itself but in making sure all of his clients are well taken care of. He went above and beyond for my family. Being a first time home buyer in this crazy market is tough and he guided us on what we needed to do in order to have a strong offer and a chance at getting a home, and what do you know, we are now out of apartments and into our beautiful first home! And as if the man hadn't already gone out of his way for us, he was our saving grace when we had plumbing issues right when we moved in and he went out of his way to make calls around town trying to get us a plumber out asap. Andrew you provide outstanding service and we are so happy we had the opportunity to work with such an amazing person. I strongly recommend him to everyone, you won't be disappointed.

Buying a home can be stressful, especially the first time, but Lindsey walked me through the process and put me at ease. She helped every step of the way from recommending a mortgage provider, a trusted inspector and even someone to help with the updates to my home once I moved in. We were looking in a very competitive market and Lindsey went out of her way to schedule showings as soon as homes were available and was patient while we narrowed down exactly what we were looking for. She knows the Denver North Metro area very well and helped us find the perfect neighborhood for our family. When it was time to write the offer, she suggested the right approach in the competitive market and we got the house without any additional negotiation.       What do real estate agents charge?

      Real estate agents typically don’t charge a set rate to their clients, but rather earn a commission on the price of the final home sale. In traditional real estate, there is a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent. The two agents receive 5 percent to 6 percent of the final home sale price and split it evenly, meaning they each earn roughly 2.5 percent to 3 percent of the total home sale. If you are a home seller, you may have fees associated with the sale that are above and beyond the commission the agents earn.
