Introduction: I have a passion for working with people with painful conditions. I have dealt with chronic pain personally for most of my life, and I understand the emotional, physical and psychological impact it can have. Acupuncture has been a life-saver for me, and I work my hardest to eliminate pain from my patients. I love getting great results. When a person asks another person to help them with something, it is usually a pretty important issue. And, there is a lot of trust involved in taking that step. I love being trusted to do what I say I will do, and I also feel honored to be asked to help.

I initially went to Dr. Peg for treatment on my torn hamstring. During each visit, she carefully explained how and why she placed her needles. She really took the time to get to know me in order to tackle any additional issues: diet, sleeping and exercise habits, and my overall health. She sent me home with follow-up stretches and instructions to further advance my healing. During this time, my 7 year-old son was experiencing some breathing issues. Dr. Peg came to my home to treat him in a place he'd be most comfortable. She used special kid-friendly needles and totally made him understand how acupuncture would help him. His issues subsided quickly and he made me promise that next time he gets sick, it's Dr. Peg we'll be visiting! Dr. Peg is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about not only acupuncture, but about the holistic lifestyle in general. She is professional and reasonably priced. Thanks Dr. Peg! We'll see you soon!

I went in to Peg for severe fatigue. I had one treatment and within 12 hours all my symptoms were completely gone. I have been back to see her for a few other reasons, cold, shoulder pain, hand pain, and all symptoms were gone within minutes after my appt, She is amazing! I can't compliment her enough. Kind, professional and knows how to cure what ails you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is $65 per treatments. However, if that is un-affordable, please let me know and I will do my best to make it affordable for your budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In acupuncture, like any other type of allied health field, practitioners are required to continue their education constantly. Not only is it necessary in order to renew our license, but it is necessary because there are so many disorders and so many different symptoms. Plus, as an acupuncturist and a patient, I find this whole system fascinating and amazing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a degenerative, chronic pain condition that was best treated by acupuncture and chiropractic care. As a teenager, I had watched some documentaries about acupuncture and was amazed by what I saw. After experiencing the positive effects of acupuncture, I decided I wanted to share it with others.
