Emma was amazing. She was very responsive and so, so, so creative. I'm completely inept with anything aesthetic, and I was trying to create a WOW moment for my wife's 40th Birthday. My wife is Martha Stewart incarnate so I was very intimidated to find a way to impress her. Emma was empathic to my requests and provided multiple options and visuals that made it easy for me to make selections. When the price came back, I had to ask several times, "Am I missing something?". At one point, I was worried I wouldn't be getting the quality that I'd hoped - there's no way I can get this many balloons and decor PLUS installation for this price? Everything, EVERYTHING, exceeded my wildest expectations, including the installation. I'm not sure if I've ever received so much value per dollar! Added on top of that, Emma is just a good person, which was the icing on the cake for me!
