While working on the repair, he also noticed that a previous plumber had used a metal elbow/joint piece between sections of PVC on the drain line. He went above and beyond by correcting that work and replacing it so the drain line is now properly connected with all PVC. He didn’t even charge extra for fixing it. I really appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to do the job the right way."See more

Jolie R. says, "I was so relieved they had same day availability (and on a Saturday!). Unfortunately I learned they have a service charge of $180 regardless of what the repairs entail. This turned out to be a very quick, simple fix and no new parts were needed, so $180 seems wildly overpriced. They also ask if you want to tip on top of that. In hindsight, I should have just gone to Youtube. Update: The manager reached out to me and agreed that the cost exceeded the work required for the quick repair and offered a partial refund. I appreciate this business practice, as you don't find that everywhere. That is the reason for the change from 3 stars to 5."See more
