I was excited to find Sherry because she offered exactly what I was looking for. We wanted a choreographed dance just for us and private lessons and most other dance places only had group lesson offers or were extremely pricey for private options. Sherry had it all and at a very reasonable rate. We were nervous at first because we are a same-sex couple and didn't know how the dance would look with 2 feminine women or if Sherry had ever dealt with choreographing a dance for 2 women but she did not disappoint! Sherry listened to everything we said we wanted, even my slightly unrealistic visions of Cinderella type grand ballroom dance moves :) Sherry was not only professional and displayed an obvious passion for dance but she was incredibly fun to work with. She genuinely cared about making our dance exactly what we had envisioned and wanted us to be happy with and love our dance, and we absolutely were! We not only found a dance instructor whom we certainly want to teach us more dances, but we also had the pleasure of getting to know a wonderful person and quickly adored her and are happy to call Sherry our friend.

We are enjoying our country and western dance lessons with Cathy so much! Learning things I never knew (former Texan) about country dancing. Other classmates are very nice and friendly. Cathy teaches in a very logical manner that is helping us learn and retain the instructions!

Brooks'n'Friends were an amazing part of our wedding reception! We had a wide variety of ages (0-95) and the music was enjoyed by all. They were incredibly friendly, timely, and went above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend them for any party you might be throwing! The songs were timeless classics that everyone sang could sing and dance along to. All my song requests were met beautifully :) The experience was incredible and very special! THANK YOU ALL for the lovely night of music and dancing and laughter!

Gabriel knows his stuff, and he has fun doing it! My husband and I signed up for dance lessons with Gabriel, and we had a great time each lesson! He is very knowledgeable and skilled, asks questions to make sure you understand, and tailors each lesson to who is there and what their individual needs are. On top of that, he is always having fun, and makes sure you are too!

Kristi is a really experienced hands-on kind of teacher who knows how to make learning fun! Her classes are never dull or boring - there's no learning by rote here, Kristi tells the what, where, when, why and how of stepping out in style, whatever kind of dance she's teaching. Let her teach you and/or your kids how to put your best foot forward in ballroom or social dancing - you'll be glad you did!

My daughter has taken dance lessons from Cynthia for a few years - first as a dance teacher at her school, then private lessons. We love Cynthia. She is first and foremost a talented dancer and teacher, but also a sweet and caring individual. She cares about each child as individuals, and can relate to my daughter's concerns as a pre-teen (10). She is empathetic, and can adapt to what my daughter is going through that day. That said, she also holds my daughter accountable for getting the work done. My daughter has greatly improved under her guidance. I highly recommend Cynthia for either a group or private lesson.

I was less than a month out from my wedding when I was frantically looking for a dance instructor with a studio. Abram was the first to respond to my request and was super helpful/accommodating in coordinating the lessons. Lorenzo was our actual dance instructor who was just fabulous!! To this day, my dad and I talk about what a great experience it was. Lorenzo is fun, energetic, and can take any song and turn it into magic. Since my dad and I weren't experienced dancers - he was able to simplify all of the moves making it fun and less frustrating. Lorenzo and Abram are a dynamic duo! I'll be referring all my friends/family and anyone looking for theatrical or dance help!

Many instructors at the studio also work with UNC, and their theatre and dance department students are helping them to perfect their art! Look for Northern Colorado Dance Fusion at the Days of Dance brought to you by Northern Colorado Medical Center March 3! Continue to check back to see new updates of our involvement in the community as well as ongoing training! In addition, Carissa has been asked to work with Kenny Wormald from Footloose! How much do dance lessons cost?

Adults who want to learn to dance, whether to prepare for a wedding or to meet new people, often enjoy taking dance lessons from an experienced dance instructor. Instructors may offer classes one-on-one to individual students or couples, or to small groups. The national average cost for a dance instructor ranges from $30 to $50. Some studios offer a discounted introductory lessons or group lessons, as well as package deals that are more affordable than paying for individual lessons.
