Derk H. says, "They were responsive and did good work. I would just recommend getting them in and out because their “policy” as explained by the tech is they charge by the hour. So if he is there 10 minutes into the next hour he said they would charge for the full hour. Now I understood why he asked if I wanted screws out back into a fixture that really wasn’t necessary. It was to stall to get into the second hour. I said that was wrong so he charge me for 1.5 hours. Also pay attention to the time the tech shows. He said he arrived at a certain time and I check my cameras and the time was off by about 8 min. Again important if they try to do the hourly charge. I understand businesses are just trying to earn a living but we all have financial responsibility."See more

He contained all old materials and fixtures should I need them and the placement of my new sensor flood lights are AMAZING! I am very impressed and grateful for such a quality & smooth transaction!
