Tali L. says, "UPDATE: I immediately received a call and text from Mark. He listened to my concerns and reviewed the situation. The company rectified the situation same day. They care about the customer experience! My experience with Wilson & Myers was extremely dishonest and unprofessional. I called them out for an issue with my dishwasher, and Peter initially told me it just needed a simple reset and quoted me around $200. Based on that information, I agreed to the repair. After the work was already done, I was suddenly told that he had replaced a switch without ever discussing it with me beforehand, and I was charged more than the original quote because of it. On top of that, only AFTER the repair was completed did he tell me the dishwasher was basically on its last leg and that this was only a temporary fix before I’d likely need a whole new dishwasher. That is information I should have been told BEFORE any repairs were made. Had I known the appliance would need to be replaced soon, I never would have agreed to spend money repairing it in the first place. Keeping a customer in the dark, doing additional work without approval, and then increasing the price afterward is not okay. Peter was nice personally, and I don’t think he was intentionally malicious, but the way this was handled felt dishonest and unprofessional. Customers deserve transparency about costs, repairs, and the actual condition of their appliance before being charged for extra work they never agreed to!!"See more

I read New Age’s reviews and decided to try one last time in hopes of avoiding buying a new machine. Jaime was awesome! He diagnosed the issue in under 5 minutes. Although the netting on my dryer vent cover was the issue, he took apart my dryer, cleaned out the motor, tested everything and put it back together. I finally was able to dry my clothes in a normal cycle vs hours on high with damp clothes. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend trying New Age’s Appliance Repair. I will be using them again for my oven."See more

Superior Appliance Service
I was fortunate to find this company and Deven to fix my 2017 Frigidaire Gas Range in which the oven door had literally fallen off. I had a next day appointment at my time preference and Deven not only knew exactly what to do he was honest. I know he could have sold be parts but spent his time working with the existing hinges until they released and he was able to reattach the oven door and have it lock in correctly. I would recommend Deven to anyone needing appliance repair. Thank you Deven for getting the job done and being HONEST and a good HUMAN BEING!!
