Ray fixed a leak in my basement by regrading the ground outside my basement window. He did great work at a fair price! Great communication throughout the project.

We needed a large shed with a dog run attached. We checked with the shed dealers and many custom outdoor building contractors. Ray had the best ideas, and was willing to give us what we wanted. We ended up with exactly what we wanted, which was a large custom shed with a dog run attached. Ray, started on time and finished on time despite some weather delays. Our experience with Ray, is that he is an honest and fair business operator. I will hire CRM again for any work I needed done in the future.

Ray Hiatt and Colorado Remodeling & Maintenance is very professional and easy to work with. We used them for handyman work in our condo that we are about to put up for rental. All work was performed with expertise. CRM is responsive to emails and phone calls and works with your schedule. Would use CRM without hesitation again.

Ray did a great job on our fence! We are really happy with the quality of his work and how quickly he was able to get it done. He also helped us with decisions about the design and location of the fence which was incredibly helpful. We intend to work with him again in the future on other projects!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customers and introduce myself. I am a very personable and customer service oriented person, so setting up a consultation to discuss the project gives me a better understanding of what the customer is looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a broad level of education from project and property management to many years of hands on leaning of the skilled construction trades.
