i had two spots in my ceiling that needed fixed before I could put my condo on the market. The companies that my realtor referred me to wanted to charge me $450 but we're back logged for 6 weeks. In a panic I found CRM and explained my situation to Ray. Not only did he work me in his booked schedule, he took care of it personally and was $300 less than my other quote! The work done was not only reasonable, it was beyond high quality. The once awful damage is not even noticeable! Ray Hiatt and Colorado Remodeling & Maintenance is very professional and easy to work with. We used them for handyman work in our condo that we are about to put up for rental. All work was performed with expertise. CRM is responsive to emails and phone calls and works with your schedule. Would use CRM without hesitation again.

I like to meet the customers and introduce myself. I am a very personable and customer service oriented person, so setting up a consultation to discuss the project gives me a better understanding of what the customer is looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a broad level of education from project and property management to many years of hands on leaning of the skilled construction trades.
