The crew was professional, punctual, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their work. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail shows throughout our finished basement.
One of the things we appreciated most was how smoothly the project ran. Communication was excellent, the timeline was exactly what was promised (they actually finished earlier than expected), and there were no unexpected costs or last-minute surprises. Everything was transparent and well organized from beginning to end.
