Rick and his team did a wonderful job opening up our kitchen space by removing two walls. I have been doing as much of the job myself as possible but needed his expertise for a structural wall removal and he was kind enough to humor my DIY questions along the way. Rick is one of the most responsive and organized contractors I've ever worked with and left me at ease during the different stages of construction. He always kept me informed about next steps and communicated honestly when obstacles arose. I'd gladly hire Summit Custom Builders again in the future.

Rick and his team were amazing and I could not give them a higher recommendation!! We had an attic project that involved a bathroom and bedroom, and creating a new room in an old, very tight space. Rick provided us a response via thumbtack, saw the space and provided an estimate within 2 days, then started the project and completed it within another 3-4 weeks! His work is beautiful, his estimate was right in the middle and far less than we were expecting (and he stayed right on budget!) and his team was extremely professional, timely and responsive to our questions. Could not say more good things about summit! Wish I had the before pics to show, but the after are lovely and exactly what we wanted!!
