I've never worked with a better handyman!! Luis is awesome, above and beyond anyone I have worked with before. He takes pride in assessing and executing the project at hand. I have appreciated his promptness, sincerity, thoroughness, as well as his patience explaining all the small details and his creative eye to improve on whatever the original plan may have been. He can confidently address a wide range of specialities, whether it be electrical, structural, plumbing, finishing, etc. So far, he has completed the installation of a hot water dispenser, design of a pet door, garage lighting/control, custom TV mounting, installation of a tricky kitchen cabinet accessory, and more recently, the installation of a garage interior door, closet shelving, and interior sconce. I have a few other larger projects in the works with Luis, including remodeling of my laundry room, replacement of the water heater, building of a shed, etc. Will update this review with photos and details soon!!

Luis was great at uninstalling an old wall AC unit. He also installed my new one for me. It was a really difficult job due to the way the old unit’s sleeve was mortared into my brick wall. He also cleaned up everything afterwards. Will hire him again!

As a young, single mom, its necessary for me have reliable help at my fingertips. Luis personified a handy man I can grow with. Knowledgeable, friendly, diligent. I knew what I wanted and he knew how to make it happen. He also worked quickly without any sacrifice in quality! He changed all my light fixtures and outlets, and will be installing some appliances this week. He was clean and very affordable, and I am excited to have found his help.

I'm trying to develop a portfolio and a reputation so my pricing will be less than others... but my quality will be top of the line.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
schedule a meet and greet within 24 hours. discuss the project on site, revealing any obvious issues with the project. while taking notes and pictures as to what they want to accomplish and time frame. I go to the office and work on creating a budget and quote. then present that to my client in a time frame discussed prior.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an engineer graduated from ga tech in 2001. have run an engineering consulting business since 2006. I've trained under certified electricians, as well as HVAC professionals. I am a jack of all trades... with an eye on becoming a master
