I had a fantastic experience with Allset LLC and highly recommend them.
They replaced my shower niche and removed and re-grouted both my shower walls and bathroom floor. The workmanship is outstanding, and everything looks amazing. I'm especially happy with how the new niche turned out—it looks great and blends in perfectly with the rest of the shower.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and customer service. They went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the shower pan after completing the work and even caulked several additional areas that weren't part of the original scope of work.
Luis was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. He spent a considerable amount of time on the phone discussing my options, answering my questions, and helping me make an informed decision. I never felt pressured, and I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

Needed a quick turnaround bathroom backsplash job and Luis answered the call. After a few questions about the job he also gave some great design advice and his team was able to get to my home within a few days. Backsplash looks great and zero damage to the surrounding paint. We're absolutely going to have them back for a few other similar jobs in the future! Can't recommend them enough.

Listen y’all… BEST TILE WORK EVER!!
Luis is SO kind, communicative, professional and creative!
I needed some tile work for my new salon, and I had NO clue how to implement the tile I’d chosen.
He came in, I said I have NO clue what I need, please just make it look good… He said I got you! I needed that! Someone who knows their craft, who’s creative and able to take control to produce an incredible result!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by setting up an appointment to see the project. From there we can determine the scope of work as well as discuss any concerns that may come up. After we'll create an estimate. With approval, we will then begin the necessary steps to turn that project into the work of art you envisioned. We value your time and will set timelines from start to finish. The main goal is a quality focused end result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the tile industry for many years now. We practice to exceed industry standards when possible. We also stay up to date with many new products as well as methods as they roll out. With this we are able to provide you with a custom product fit for your needs.
