FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the property, price point of the property and number of rooms being staged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we are working with a customer to stage a vacant property, we like to first view the property itself so we can properly decide what needs to be staged and provide a firm quote. After we look at the property we put together a firm bid (usually we 2 - 3 different staging options and prices). The customer will determine if they want to move forward with our services and notify us of their decision. We require a 7 day advance notice to stage so we have time to schedule the movers and to design, pull and load the staging. On the day of staging we usually require 4 - 5 hours to complete the staging.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Colorado Premier Staging we are serious about continuing our education in order to stay current in the latest developments and in learning those processes that continue to move our days on market lower and lower! We attend a minimum of 2 advanced training sessions per year and are continually reviewing our processes and procedures for improvement.
