- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge hourly with no minimums. If all you need is 1 hour of my time for paint recommendations or ideas, I am happy to do that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I meet with the client at their home and we discuss what is needed, what the goals are, and walk through the spaces that they need help with. Then I prepare the design presentation as discussed during the first meeting. I then can email the presentation or we can meet again at the clients home to walk through the details together. Once feedback is received I modify the design and repeat as needed until the client is happy with everything. I then send a list of the furniture/finish selections and where the the items can be purchased from so the client can purchase at their own pace.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a minor in Construction Management in 2005. I have been designing and working in the interior design industry since 2004.
