- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At All My Sons we charge an hourly rate. Also, we charge an hour of travel time for our truck to get to and from our office location, we have a fuel charge, and also charge for packing materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want you to feel comfortable that we will handle all of you belongings with care, and also that we understand how your move is unique. The process includes a phone call where you will get to learn more about All My Sons and how we are going to provide you with the best moving experience, period.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 27 years of experience moving people’s lives. We are also licensed and trained professionals in the moving space. All our movers and drivers are background checked and drug tested. They also go through a rigorous training process on how to pack and move household belongings.
