- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each of our services has its own pricing structure. For cleaning, we charge by square footage categories whereas, for home organization, we charge by the hour. All of our offerings have packages that have been designed for your convenience and you can select the package from our app.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new customer gets $10 off after they book their first service. Once we receive the service booking, we will get in touch with the customer and confirm the details. For home organization, we require a 30-minute consult on the phone and for cleaning, we require photos in order for us to be able to give a reasonable estimate. Upon confirming all the details, we schedule the service and after the service has been delivered, we follow through with a satisfaction survey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally and as a business owner, I have spent many years in corporate America. I am also an engineer by training. All of our service providers have the necessary training and credentials to provide the service. Our personal chefs are nutrition trained and our home organizers are majors of home organizer associations and have the necessary certifications.
