Chef Eric really listened to what I was going for, and was able to hone in on what kind of experience we were looking for. The food we prepared was so delicious, and will definitely make again, and maybe after a few more lessons, we will be able to adjust it and take what we learned and apply it to other dishes. If you're looking for a more hands-on, interactive experience, I would strongly recommend Chef Eric.

Chef Eric was really great. We had some unfortunate circumstances come up where he couldn’t come to our house to cook our anniversary dinner, but he offered to bring us our dinner as a delivery and bring down the cost because of it. The food was delicious!
