Chef Eric was great to work with. I asked for a meal that would get us out of our comfort zone and allow us to practice proper sanitation. He provided several options in a detailed email, with very detailed lists of what skills each meal would allow us to practice. I selected cheese stuffed chicken breasts with rice pilaf and sautéed squash. Beyond delicious. I wish I could cook every meal with a professional chef at my side!
