Your personalized in person or online training program will focus on a balance of strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility through stretching & yoga.
If I am not your perfect fit, I work along side other amazing trainers & would be more than happy to connect you with!
WHAT WE OFFER:
1-on-1 and semi private training, specifically in a private Centennial studio. These 55 minute sessions focus on a balance of strength training, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Once we set up an initial consult & assessment, we are able to create a program to meet your goals and meet you at your current physical level, whether you’re brand new or a fitness veteran.
1-on-1 Training & 2-on-1 Training: Same structure as 1-on-1, but sessions are split with a partner; significant other, friend, family member or I can pair you with someone with similar goals.
Hybrid Training: Train with me in person, 1-2 times per week and I will plan out additional weekly workouts for you to do on your own.
