Welcome to The Mill Fitness. My name is Jonathan and I'm a personal trainer based in Denver focused on helping people build strength, move better, and create sustainable training habits that support their everyday life. A lot of the people I work with are either new to strength training, getting back into a routine, or simply looking for more structure and guidance in the gym. My goal is to create a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable training environment where people can build confidence, stay consistent, and make lasting progress without feeling overwhelmed. I believe training should improve your quality of life, not take it over. Whether your goal is to feel stronger day to day, stay active long term, prepare for a race or event, or simply feel more comfortable in the gym, I aim to help people train in a way that is sustainable, approachable, and built for real life.

Jonathan is an awesome personal trainer. Having not previously been comfortable weight lifting, he is a great teacher and listener, tailoring specific workouts based on my needs to get stronger for all my outdoors activities like running, skiing and hiking. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality personal training.

Jonathan is fantastic! Ive been doing personal training sessions with him for about a year, and Im so grateful for his knowledge and kind, encouraging personality. He creates new, personalized workouts every session and always checks in about my goals, making sure each workout is both fun and challenging. Hes patient, friendly, and truly cares about his clients. I cant recommend him enough!

I worked with Jonathan for about 18 months. He was awesome at introducing me to lifting, working through injury and teaching me the correct safe way to move. I would recommend him to anyone looking at getting into personal training for the first time or someone who has experience but wants a new perspective.

Before working with him, I mainly ran and didnt lift weights because I had no idea how to do it, but over the past year Ive learned proper technique, developed a more holistic approach to fitness, and even started seeing muscles show up thanks to the hands-on, personal approach Jonathan brings to each session.
