- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we'll have a quick phone call to talk through goals, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit to work together. Then, we'll get you in for a commitment-free trial session to see the space and experience what training at The Mill is like. Lastly, we'll get you on the schedule regularly to start seeing results.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began his professional journey in fitness in 2020 and spent his first few years leading group classes before moving into the world of personal training in 2024. I played hockey growing up and spent years in the gym training to be better on the ice, but over time, I realized that the gym is about so much more than just performance. It’s a foundation for a happier, healthier life. Pair my love of fitness with my academic background is in Hospitality Management...coaching is a natural fit.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've work with a wide-range of people, all whom at some level are interested in being a healthier and stronger version of themself. I've trained men and women looking to feel good for everyday activities, people looking for body composition changes, people coming back from back or knee injuries, and people training for marathons or other races and challenges. I meet you where your at to see the results you want.
