  • Nicholson Pena LLC

    (17 reviews)

There are not a lot of home inspectors that are also licensed roofers. There are not a lot of roofers that are home inspectors. Having the entire building in mind as we approach any task is an integral advantage to correctly diagnosing or correcting an area. Most problems with different construction trades are the lack of understanding of how the other systems go together and function. Some parts operate passively, like insulation. Other parts move with expansion and contraction and this movement should not be inhibited as damage will likely result, like siding. Color photos with captions for gutter cleaning and roof Inspections help you to see what I see on the roof, and throughout the house. We are focused on getting the work done correctly, in a timely manner and in an ordered fashion. We strive to plan and organize tasks to keep the work space safe, clean, and orderly. Safety and quality are of the highest importance to us. With 30+ years of experience in the construction industry, and the ability to get where most folks can't or won't go.... We are thankful and happy to help you see and understand the parts and pieces that hold your house together and help you paint the picture of your happy home. At the end of the day we enjoy a job well done, and adding to the safety and awareness of homes and homeowners.

  • A Quality Home Inspection, Inc.

    (6 reviews)

I don't rush through inspections. I limit my day to two inspections at most. Other inspectors in the area may be inclined to keep a fuller schedule by booking more per day. I feel that compromises the quality of the inspection which is not something I'm willing to do. I have invested in premium tools and software to improve the content and readability of my reports. My reports can be used by the home buyer long after the initial inspection as a reference document of how their home operates. Meeting home buyers! Not everyone is an expert in the heating, plumbing, and electrical systems of their home. I love being able to take the time during an inspection to help make sure that the home buyer is educated about what they are buying and are prepared to manage the systems during the time they own their home.

  • FYI Home Inspection

    (2 reviews)

You are about to make the biggest investment of your life, putting down a lot of money for your new home. When shopping around for home inspectors, do you really want the person who charges $99 and spends 45 minutes at the inspection? The cheapest option may not be the best option. A tiny fraction of your home's price should go to your peace of mind. I have a personality that takes care of rental cars, imagine how I'll take care of your future home. I thoroughly enjoy inspecting homes! Every home is unique and it is interesting to see how components were installed in the different floor plans. It's as if I'm on a scavenger hunt every time I'm doing an inspection, only instead of Easter Eggs I'm looking for correct (or INcorrect) installation of items.
