FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to give our customers a fair price. A job that will take less time will generally cost less than a job that requires more time to complete. When flooring has been neglected for a long period of time it will generally cost more to restore than a floor that is maintained on a regular basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer is the beginning of a new relationship. Getting to know the customer and what their needs are then trying to find the right method that will get their floor looking new again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've worked in the commercial cleaning industry for over 20 years. Managing crews of up to 40 employees as well as smaller floor refinishing crews. Along with our hands on experience we spend countless hours researching the industry in order to stay up to date with current trends.
