Christy Joy is AMAZING! She did the most incredible decorations for my outdoor wedding, working her magic with my small budget. My colors were soft pink and dark fushcia and cream and you should see the way she wove in the roses with the ribbons! She decorated the tables with candles inside a glass bowl with the flowers and ribbons all around. It was a perfect setting and I would use her again and again and again....I wish I had an upcoming event so I could have her decorate! Trenda helped me plain my wedding this August and she was a lifesaver come the day of the wedding! She made it so that I could go through my day without having to worry about meeting vendors, setting up decorations and throughout the wedding I was able to enjoy my night and not worry about clean up, timelines, and where to send things. Throughout the entire time Trenda and I worked together she was awesome helping me find a photographer and florist within my very tight budget and she went to all of my vendor appointments while keeping me on track with deadlines, payments etc. and offering up some of her amazing ideas throughout the way. I highly recommend having Trenda help you with your big day!
I contacted multiple wedding coordinators about 7 months before my wedding and Cheryl Lynn responded to my email within 20 minutes (some coordinators didn't get back to me for a week!) with a detailed list of services she could provide and a very reasonable price. It was her professionalism and enthusiasm that convinced me that she would be the best fit for our wedding. And I was right! Even though I only contracted her for day-of-wedding service, she met with me and my fiance several times, even walking through the venue with us and attending the dress rehearsal. She promptly and patiently answered every phone call and email I sent her, even if it was about something trivial like linens or programs. I came to value her experience and advice so much when negotiating vendors and creating the perfect day. On the day of the wedding, Cheryl Lynn and her staff at An Essential Event were on their game and oversaw so many small details that I was amazed they remembered everything I asked them to take care of - from water bottles for my bridal party to gratuities for my vendors. They were so thoughtful and boxed up some leftovers for my husband and me to take back to our honeymoon suite. The only ripple in the day was that the centerpieces were upside down (to be fair, it was a difficult design feature to assemble), but nobody really noticed except my sister who had purchased them for me. Every one of my guests said they had enjoyed the day, and I can't imagine that it would have been so smooth without Cheryl Lynn and her staff. I truly would have paid three times what I did for this exceptional service, and I wish I had more engaged friends in Denver - I would send them to her in a heartbeat!
Cherice was nothing but amazing. She was the wedding coordinator for my big day. The flowers, decor, and order of the wedding was flawless. She never disappoints and was a dream to work with.

I used VaVaBloom for my wedding flowers. We only did bouquets, nothing for decoration. Robin was very helpful in identifying flowers that would work, she also delivered them to the hotel herself to ensure we had them for pictures. I chose a very basic bouquet as I was looking for good pricing and Robin was able to achieve that. Thank you!
Jonathan was willing to work with my needs on my budget, which saved my wedding day because finding a reasonable decorator in the area was near impossible. He met with me a few times prior to the big day to ensure he understood what I wanted done. Due to the uniqueness of my situation I paid cash up front for his services, which at the time I was skeptical of, but now I would do it again any day. Jonathan went above and beyond what I needed done; when I walked into my reception hall it looks absolutely perfect! Everything went seemlessly I couldn't have dreamt of a better situation! Beyond Elegance Events and Weddings has assisted me in so many ways. I contacted them when I was planning on getting married. I had a short time frame and a small budget, they said No problem! They handled every last detail. They helped me locate a venue for my reception that was economically priced. Tracy communicated with my local church, to make all arrangements for sound, rehearsals, scheduling and payment. They located a D.J. for the reception that would only play songs off of my play list. Set-up an appointment with the cake baker for cake tasting, Even the day of I told them what I wanted and they spoke with the reception hall on my behalf to ensure that everything was just like I wanted it down to the smallest detail. I was very worried as a bride and they took the worry out of it. I am so thankful for the work that Tracy and Beyond Elegance did for my wedding, they really went above and beyond and everything turned out perfect!
We hired for lights and bartending and Jennifer did a fantastic job! She even added some decoré in for free when she heard my wedding planner quit 3 days prior to my wedding! She went above and beyond and made sure I had a glass of wine in my hand all night. :-) Thanks!!

Hiring Payton as our "day-of" wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The moment we met her we knew we wanted to work with her as she was so sweet and personable right off the bat. From the planning stages, she checked in on us making sure that everything was going well and would offer up help and creative ideas to make our day perfect. She was always ready and willing to listen to my concerns and work with us to make sure that they were handled all throughout the planning process. She was always flexible and able to take on anything I asked of her and more. We had a mountain wedding but live in Denver and Payton helped to transport giftbags, decor, etc. to the venue for us. When it came time for the wedding day both Payton and Mackenna were there to not only set up everything beautifully behind the scenes, but were also there for us and the wedding party to help organize all of our things to make sure everything and everyone were in the right place at the right time. Payton understood my vision and was able to turn it into a reality all on her own and left me stress-free from setting everything up just right. Everything was handled flawlessly and we felt very comfortable the whole day and night leaving it all in her hands. Payton and Mackenna even stayed quite late into the evening cleaning things up and getting everything back to our room safely and in a well-organized manner. In fact, our room had a nice surprise waiting for us when we got back. Long story short, hiring Promise Event Planners is 110% the right decision to make if you have any doubts. I don't even want to imagine what the day would have been like without them. They made everything run so smoothly and because of them we were able to focus on enjoying our wedding!
Christine was the best wedding coordinator! My husband and I got married in Palm Springs. We starting working with Christine when we lived in Denver then we moved to NYC. She was amazing with all the back and forth that were involved planning a wedding across country. Not only did she completely manage day of coordination but did so much work on the back end to make our wedding happen. Christine worked with vendors, was our middle man for many conversations, and emails, and helped us get our pricing down with many vendors. I really appreciated her knowledge of this industry and having a person "on our side" that we could bounce ideas and pricing off was invaluable. A lot of our wedding was pieced together which made this even more valuable. We had our reception, ceremony, and party at a private estate. Therefore everything from our caterer, rentals, bookings, bartenders, decorations, flowers and everything had to be done by us! Christine was a huge part of making this all happen. As for the day of, it could not have been more perfect. She showed up big by managing all of the above so I was able to focus on my wedding day. I could not recommend her enough!
By coincidence, I just happened to have attended 2 parties coordinated by In The Event and Elyse Boule. Both parties were PHENOMENAL! What made them so special? The attention to detail with the planning, the food, the drinks, the decor, the entertainment and the overall vibe. Elyse truly has a knack for understanding what the client loves, what they don't love, and how to make it a memorable experience. The first party was an outdoor graduation party at a private residence (~60 people); the second was an indoor Kentucky Derby Party at a private residence (~30 people). First, the person being honored at the outdoor graduation party loves Cajun food so Elyse arranged for a New Orleans Food Truck to serve up New Orleans cuisine for all the guests right on location (absolutely delicious AND smart - no kitchen clean-up for the host!). She worked with the food truck to design a menu that was adult and kid-friendly. She obtained all the necessary permits for a food truck to stay parked in the neighborhood. She hired a bartender who specializes in making southern-style cocktails (also delicious and smart - no one had to serve themselves). Not only did she arrange the food truck and bartender, she also found a New Orleans-style jazz band to provide entertainment for all the guests. It was a blast! I truly felt like I was on Bourbon Street that night! She mastered the New Orleans theme, just what the client wanted. It was perfect, despite a freak rain storm. Of course, she planned for that too and had already had a tent and heaters out. I did not expect this at a house party. I was expecting a sandwich tray-white sheet cake and balloons graduation party snooze-fest. NOT A CHANCE! Everyone had a blast, no one batted an eye despite the short burst of bad weather and all the guests, including the band, kept on rockin'. The second party was a Kentucky Derby party (indoor). She coordinated a "Best Derby Hat" contest for the ladies and kids, and provided cute prizes for the winners. The food was all Kentucky-inspired, as were the drinks. Each drink glass (in mason jars - perfect!) were labeled with a horse's number so that drinks wouldn't get mixed up. Similar to the first party I attended, it was so clear that this girl pays close attention to the clients' needs/wants and her attention to detail is impeccable. (I hear that she will be planning a wedding for a client soon, and I want to go just for the party even thought I don't know the bride and groom.) There is no doubt in my mind who I will use when I throw my next party, whether it's big or small. I am so glad I found her - you will too!!! Thank you In The Event and Elyse!!! You make parties truly unforgettable.
I had the pleasure of working with Caitlin as my day-of wedding coordinator and she was AWESOME! She took the time to really understand my vision for the day and executed it perfectly, from setting up the decorations to coordinating our wedding party and family. Her insights and experience in the event planning industry made her a great support system when it came to navigating some of the trickier last-minute details with vendors, the DJ, etc. Aside from being very friendly, creative, detail-oriented and organized, Caitlin will do her best to put all of your worries at ease when it comes to planning your special day - whatever that may be!
K&B events staff helped cater and serve food for my sisters wedding. They were very professional, friendly, hard working, and easy to work with. They showed up early and stayed late to make sure the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.
For more than a year I started thinking on throwing my daughter a Sweet 16 party. As a busy working mom with only experience on little kid's birthday parties I knew I needed the help of a professional. I checked some companies, read reviews but none of them seemed to be what I was looking for, until one day, beginning of this past spring, I found Good Ol'-Fashioned Party and I checked the website, pictures and I knew she could put the party together the way my daughter wanted it. Not only Heather capture the idea when we first met with her but also helped us to create a plan to get all the main pieces together in such short time (less than 4 months). She helped us finding venue, catering, decorations. She was always on point, she advised us, she supported us and guide us when we started getting out of track. Heather is a real professional, down to earth, supportive, creative, incredible helpful, she helped us on last minute projects that I could not take care of myself and she did an amazing job. The party ran very nice and Heather and team were on top of the details, they were always around with a smile and great attitude. They knew all the logistics that most of the time we as guests do not pay attention but make things run nice and smooth. The venue we chose for the party it's really beautiful but with Heather and Cassie's touch the place really was transformed to an amazing elegant reception. Kids had a lot of fun, parents and families had a blast. I can't thank her enough for everything she did to make this dream come true for my daughter and I will be always grateful for everything she did for us before and at the party. She not only can create a beautiful wedding party but also a big special occasion event!! I recommend her service without any hesitation and I plan to use her services in the future and refer her to my friends and family.
