Sean is a consummate professional in the health fitness industry. His knowledge and expertise are simply unparalleled. I hired Sean as a personal trainer and over the year I worked with him he helped me increase my knowledge base from proper lifting techniques to strategies in managing eating habits and pitfalls. He educated me on the traps that exist in trying to eat healthy versus dieting and the tricks that food labels can play in their descriptions of "healthy" food. While I trained with him, my muscle gain and lifting capability significantly increased. Having a pre-existing knee injury, Sean was very careful to teach me the proper techniques to exercise safely for the rest of my life. I cannot emphasize enough how much I learned with Sean and I know anyone would benefit from training with him for any period of time.
Jana is amazing, her teaching is very precise and knowledgable. I felt comfortable listening to her direction doing yoga. I am a beginner she made me feel confident she showed me how to make proper adjustments, learn about breathing and names of the yoga positions. She's was able to come to my home for four days with all equipment. I feel like a yoga master now. Thank you :)
I had been lifting and working out for a few months prior to meeting Mark. I had already lost a good amount of weight but started to hit a plateau and decided I wanted to seek a personal trainer to help me break my plateau. I searched online and was having quite a bit of trouble finding a trainer that seemed to be the right match for me. I was specifically looking for a trainer with a great deal of knowledge about lifting, nutrition, weight loss, etc. Trying to find the right trainer seemed to be quite a hassle. I was connected with Mark through thumbtack and decided to meet Mark for my initial consultation. Talking with Mark for ten minutes was all I needed to believe I had probably found the right personal trainer. We have been training together for 6 weeks now and OMG this guy is fantastic. He is sooo knowledgeable in every aspect of health and training. He is very easy going and patient and you can tell immediately that he really cares about helping his clients. He is very detailed, always on time for sessions, and really goes the extra mile to help you reach your fitness goals. I have lost and additional 20lbs since I started training with Mark and have gained a ton of muscle mass. Not only that, but I also have such a better understanding of nutrition and how to properly weight lift, control my diet etc. in a way that is most beneficial to me, my health, and my safety. Mark is simply fantastic. Such a great guy and I highly recommend him to anyone. Whether you are just starting to work out and want to lose weight, or if you are more advanced and want someone with a great deal of knowledge to help you maximize your results, Mark is absolutely the guy to help you achieve these goals. Russ is literally my favorite trainer, and he takes training above and beyond, he thinks outside average training, makes workouts fun and challenging, he pushes you to a new level and he never lets you give up. Russ takes you outside makes group fitness expos and he is personal, so heis more of friend then a drill instructor, he cares !! Seriously favorite !!!
I have been working with Jamie for the past 18 months. When I met him I was 54, overweight and out of shape. I worked too many hours and traveled a lot. I didn't think I had time to dedicate to myself and my health. I was also quite intimidated by gyms and didn't know how to get in shape. Quite simply, Jamie Atlas changed my life. I've lost 35 lbs and gone down three sizes in clothes. But most importantly, I feel strong enough to do the things I like to do (eg. ski, hike and bike) and attempt things I never thought I'd be able to do (eg. paddleboarding). This didn't happen overnight but I think it would never have happened without Jamie's help and guidance. I should stress that its not just about working out (although that is obviously important). Jamie also helps with diet and with your overall alignment. And his approach is always supportive and fun. I would recommend Jamie Atlas to anyone who wants to get in shape, get stronger and get healthier.

If you are looking for a low impact, relaxing workout - go somewhere else :) Nina is going to kick your bootie into gear! What I love most about boot camps with Nina is that she's so encouraging. She motivates me in a positive way and is able to convince me to go further than I would on my own, and it works! She's constantly changing things up so it's fresh & exciting, not the same old routine. I get easily bored so that is very important and helpful to me. I highly recommend working with Nina. She's knowledgable and very skilled, not just in boot camps, but in nutrition and in the body (muscles, bones, health). I go to her for many questions; she's a great resource you can trust with your health and your body. Want to see and feel a difference in your body? Work with Nina!
The service and trainers are exceptional at 2GoFit! Nathan and crew pay special attention to individual needs and actually listen to what you want to accomplish and work out personalized programs to help you achieve those goals. They will make sure you are satisfied with the outcome you want. It great too that tge trainer comes to you and works around your community and environment setting up a plan for continued physical fitness.
Laura's food is amazing. I originally found her through a request for PT, but I've since ordered her food to help portion control during a very busy time as I move into a new house. I want to continue buying her delicious and portion-controlled food to lose weight for my wedding - it's affordable and yummy. She and Shanon are wonderful so far, I can't wait to continue working with them to reach my goals!

I've been going to Constant Motion Fitness Weekly Boot Camps, so I could get into better shape to lay Ultimate! The groups are a great size, so you get a lot of personal attention. It's like you're getting a personal trainer for the price of a group session. I've known our trainer, Joe, for some time, and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. He's really good at targeting your workout to your specific goals, even though the Boot Camp sessions are group sessions. He brings lots of equipment so that you never feel like you're waiting in line for 'your turn'. I really like working out outdoors in the park as well, instead of in some sweaty musty gym. It adds a great deal to the overall experience, and makes me feel like I'm working out in the same environment I'm training for.
