They were honest about us actually not needing insulation which was both a huge relief and confirmation that this business is reputable and actually cares about their customers. Especially as I had two other bids who came afterwards and they tried to sell us over $1000 in insulation that was not needed. If and when we do need insulation, this company has earned our respect and would absolutely earn our business.

Justin was great to work with. He communicated well and stuck to his word throughout the entire project. He explained the process and their product. I was quoted a good price and he still made adjustments after they had completed the work due to unexpected work that did not need to get done in a specific section after all (Not their fault). He and his guys were on time the day of the job and got done on a timely manner while not rushing. Once done, they were really good about cleaning off and clearing the path to my furnace which is in the attic where the insulation took place. Any additional mess in the main living space was also cleaned up which I appreciated. I would recommend Koala if you're looking for a reliable company for a fair price.

A part of the fan that was initially installed was cracked. Jacob was very open with me about the issue and immediately ordered a replacement part. He then replaced the part after it arrived. Overall, I am pleased with the value of the fan and with Koala's installation.
