I started working out with Justin in January. I was pretty lean when I began working out with him, but still lost 15 pounds in 3 months while increasing my strength on bench press, squat, and power clean. Justin comes up with fun and creative workout routines, which makes each session an enjoyable experience rather than a chore. He is very motivational and has incredible knowledge when it comes to fitness whether it’s fat loss, muscle/strength gain, injury prevention, Justin knows it all. If you live around Fort Collins I highly recommend you hire him as your personal trainer. Even if you have been working out on your own with good results I still recommend hiring him, because working out with him will give you quick results that you may have thought were unreachable. Worth every single penny!
