- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on a few factors like, will the session be in person or virtual, How active will my participation be (ie. are you paying for just the workout plan/programming or are you interested in one on one supervised sessions) and are you interested in meal plans and recipes as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process begins with setting some personal goals for fitness and mindfulness. This will be followed by a postural assessment to discover what, if any, corrective work needs to be done and if any corrective stretches/ activities need to be prescribed for downtime in order to bring things back into healthy condition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal training certificate as well as several years of education in functional anatomy, physiology and Biomechanics of Sport and Exercise.
