About

Our studio offers a wide variety of classes for ages 1-1/2 to adult, from beginner to adult/professional levels such as various dance styles, cheerleading, Zumba, fitness, tumbling, and more! We will post news, schedules, events and more. We are the lowest-cost program in Northern Colorado, including recreation and studio programs. No sign-up fees, contracts, recital fees, tickets, and costume fees. Owner and instructor Carissa Gabrielle Tobias continues to study dance and keep up with instructor knowledge. During the month of July and November 2011, she spent time at Millenium Dance Complex in Hollywood, California studying various dance styles such as jazz funk, hip-hop, contemporary, classic jazz, tap, break dancing, heels/pumps, and much more, as well as working with top-name choreographers, participating in various shows, productions, and auditions. She will continue to work and study in California on studio breaks, and will be returning in April 2012 as well as July to study again at Millennium as well as at the International Dance Academy in Hollywood! She has also been offered to sign with various agencies to pursue a career as a backup dancer in music videos, productions, shows, and tours, as well as a professional choreographer! During the month of September 2011, Carissa attended a Dance Teacher Conference/Training session in Denver to continue her education as an instructor, in which many of our instructors do at UNC, as well as studios in Denver or private instruction with Carissa Gabrielle Tobias. Carissa plays an active role in Northern Colorado’s community and college community, as well participating, hosting, and performing with the Fusion Adult Dancers at many events! Northern Colorado Dance Fusion has also partnered with Kids Xtreme to offer Xtreme Fusion Camps at the First Assembly of God Church, offering low-income families as well as the community dance/cheer camps at a reasonable rate! Our studio also participates in The Kiwanis Foundation Stars of Tomorrow Show, and last year, our first year auditioning for the show, our tap group made it through to the Stars of Tomorrow Greeley Show! Carissa has been asked to begin choreographing for Northridge High School's pom squad beginning December 2011! In January 2012, Carissa joined the fitness instructors at The Conditioning Spa, instructing a dance fusion fitness and toning class, and has also been asked to take part in building the new silver sneakers program through the city of Greeley. Many instructors at the studio also work with UNC, and their theatre and dance department students are helping them to perfect their art! Look for Northern Colorado Dance Fusion at the Days of Dance brought to you by Northern Colorado Medical Center March 3! Continue to check back to see new updates of our involvement in the community as well as ongoing training! In addition, Carissa has been asked to work with Kenny Wormald from Footloose! What an honor! Carissa Gabrielle Tobias is now a member of the Colorado Dance Alliance as well as the National Dance Association.

About

We offer the finest instruction in dance, tumbling and all-star cheerleading classes and teams. We also offer dance entertainment for events, specialty wedding party choreography, and pageant and fitness contestant solo routines. I have 15 years of experience in personal solo choreography and have been planning wedding themes and dances for 10 years. Our dancers are back-to-back overall grand national champions, so they can entertain anyone from a large corporate event or a small birthday party.

About

Our two right feet is more than just dancing together, but also making memories and sparking magic! Making that event truly "a night that they'll never forget (or afternoon)!" Within 5 minutes, couples realize "wow, I can dance!" The guests at the wedding, anniversary, holiday, birthday, or any "rite of passage" celebration may bring a gift along, but the host will give them a gift they will keep forever. My services include music, logistical, and a plan for how the dance instruction will be integrated into each unique event. Often, the dance instruction is framed as "entertainment", then the instructor will seamlessly get the dancing started. The entertaining "first session" of instruction is 25 to 45 minutes in length. Each event is unique and the dance instruction component is planned to be exactly what the host imagines! All inclusive rate for events range from $120-$1,000+ depending on many factors such as location of event, number of guests, time and complexity of consultation services. Free 30-minute consultation with no obligation: Spend 30 minutes sharing your hopes, vision, concerns, etc. about your event. Then, I'll offer some ideas and take it from there. The instructor keeps things lively with fun activities (planned prior to the event) like "All nieces find an uncle. It doesn't have to be yours; any uncle. They'd do the dance activity together, then two minutes later, all uncles find your wife. If you don't have one, then find someone else's."
