It was a lock replacement on an old door. His drive to get it done quickly and efficiently was impressive. However the door and the frame didn't want to make it easy for him. The door was almost 50 years old. He got it to latch and lock. But overall we probably should have opted to replace the door. Would definitely hire him again for the value and professionalism though!!!

Dorian did a job of removing toilets, a vanity, and unhooking a washer and dryer in an empty townhome, in order to prepare for new floor installation. He then returned promptly after the new floors were installed to reinstall everything. During this time, he and his family experienced a horrible and tragic loss. Dorian still let me know that he would return a couple days later to do the reinstall. I expected him to not return to work for weeks, potentially. He was so very kind, courteous, prompt, and professional, and he sent me pictures of all of his excellent work. What an incredible young man he is. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

    Ayy Handyman offers prompt and emergency services for various trades and project types. Our projects are subject to an estimate, which can be provided in person or over the phone. On-site estimates incur a refundable fee, which will be deducted from the final project cost upon completion. Our base rate is $200 for the first two hours of service, with an additional $50 per hour thereafter. Certain projects and services may exceed these rates, so we always provide customers with an estimate before commencing work to ensure mutual agreement on the final price.
