Steve Antonelli from the Royal Services Plumbing team did a great job when he helped me out with installing my kitchen sink and dishwasher. He was super professional and polite, and he did an awesome job that left everything squeaky clean. He even went the extra mile to do a bunch of checks to make sure there wouldn't be any leaks.
But here's the best part - Steve didn't stop there. He took the time to inspect the plumbing in my new place and gave me some great suggestions on issues I needed to bring up with the builder. Talk about going above and beyond!

We had a leaking toilet shutoff valve that needed to be replaced. Josh's Plumbing were quick to respond and came out the same day. They promptly fixed the issue and the plumber was very professional and friendly. The only downside is it was expensive for what amounted to a simple 5 minute fix.

Mighty sent out someone the same day due to concerns about a burst pipe. The plumber worked with me to eliminate all of the options and confirm there wasn't a problem with the plumbing. On top of that they were able to send out someone later that day to take a look at the HVAC system which was broken. They both did an excellent job.

We had a gas water heater fail and I contacted Friendly Plumbing. They got back with me immediately and said they could replace it within a matter of hours. They explained the cost and that they would go to Home Depot, pick up the water heater and bring it to the house for installation. I would only pay for the actual cost of the water heater and their installation fee which was very reasonable. Charles called me on his way to Home Depot and provided me with a selection of water heaters. I made my selection of the one I wanted and he brought it to my home where he and his brother installed it and removed the old one. They were very neat and professional. We were very happy with our experience with Friendly Plumbing and would not hesitate to recommend them.
