We specialize in Water Damage and Mold remediation, we focus on quality, and never cut corners. We will take the time to make sure you are satisfied with the work we do for you. Even though Colorado doesn't require licensing for water damage and mold remediation, we are fully insured and IICRC (Institute of inspection cleaning and restoration certification) certified firm.

We purchased a home that needed some work, but worse, we were a week into the remodel when we removed kitchen cabinets to discover hidden mold... As unpleasant as it was, A1 Steam Way came to my home same day, offered a very reasonable offer and followed through to complete the job quickly without sparing quality. I should mention that they were able to remediate mold and offered quality drywall install to make it easier on me. It looks fantastic and I couldnt be more pleased with my choice of remediation company. Highly recommend allowing A1 give you an estimate on your job.

I used them for a mold mitigation. They provided an estimate but once the wall was opened it was more than either of us anticipated. They worked with me on options to keep it as close to the estimate as possible.
The communication during each step of the process was excellent, and allowed me to make the needed adjustments.

Tony is excellent to work with. We were in a pinch as we found mold in our basement. I thought the mold from a previously done water damage job that Tony had done before. He corrected us by showing us the source of water damage was different from the previous job he had done. In the end, he fixed the issue to our satisfaction. He refused to give warranty on remediation because he was not sure if the water leak would be fixed. I was not happy with his position, but it was a reasonable one, so I accepted.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer market pricing, free estimates. Please keep in mind most water and fire damage remediation can go through your insurance and you will only pay the deductible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to the property and offer a free estimate, explain the process. After that we usually are able to start the job within 24-48hrs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our general manger Tony has over 20 years of experience in this business. Our company is IICRC certified.
