Tony is excellent to work with. We were in a pinch as we found mold in our basement. I thought the mold from a previously done water damage job that Tony had done before. He corrected us by showing us the source of water damage was different from the previous job he had done. In the end, he fixed the issue to our satisfaction. He refused to give warranty on remediation because he was not sure if the water leak would be fixed. I was not happy with his position, but it was a reasonable one, so I accepted.

I used them for a mold mitigation. They provided an estimate but once the wall was opened it was more than either of us anticipated. They worked with me on options to keep it as close to the estimate as possible. The communication during each step of the process was excellent, and allowed me to make the needed adjustments.
