Amazing mother-daughter team. Prompt, thorough, and at such a reasonable price, too reasonable for the length of time spent (5 hours). They are pleasant, wonderful people, and their work is exemplary. I will definitely have them back, but my house is so clean it will be awhile :)

We found out we were moving to Boston from San Diego in the middle of last year. I was 3 months pregnant and suffered from severe morning sickness. Laina helped us tremendously, I don’t know how we could’ve moved without her. She did pretty much all of the organizing and packing. She is self-motivated and meticulous (her box labeling system made unpacking easy for me). She is hard working, efficient and resourceful. She is also great at moving box jigsaw puzzle. She fit all of our various sized boxes, dog crate and bird cage into the moving container. Above all, she is very calm and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone.
Janae did an excellent job. Arrived on time and performs all duties as asked. In addition, she was able to organize my closet exactly the way I had asked. She was able to go thru a pile of paperwork without to much instruction. One of the times she came to the house (it was a disaster as I had to run out of town last minute) and when I came back everything was in its place with no instructions. It was wonderful! Overall my experience is always quite pleasant and above satisfactory. I truly recommend her services whether you need a deep, quick clean or help organizing your home. Either way, she is a great at what she does!
I highly recommend Cathy's Cleaning. She is very meticulous in her work and just a wonderful person. She is both kind and very professional. Even my dog is extremely happy to see her. She has reasonable rates. I have her do weekly cleanings and deep cleanings upon request.
Sarah is a gift from the gods. She has a nonjudgmental, gentle, and efficient take-charge attitude. She comes prepared and does not waste time. She has improved the look and flow of my home 1000 fold. Her systems are logical. I look forward to occasional maintenance appointments with Sarah as I'm not naturally an organized person. Due to a death in the family, combining 3 households into 1 small house & an extended illness- we had lost control of our home. We had so much STUFF in stacks, in boxes & it was piled up EVERYwhere. We couldn't find anything, we were too embarrassed to let anyone into our home & we couldn't possible imagine that we would ever get it all organized. I had absolutely NO idea how or where to start and I was seriously depressed by the whole situation. I looked online for 'professional organizers' and am so glad I saw Allie's post. It was an extremely difficult call to make, but it all turned out so well that I'm very happy I did. I was worried about being judged, embarrassed & ashamed of how messy & cluttered everything was. I was absolutely dreading having to show all of it to someone, especially a stranger. But when Allie didn't run out of our house screaming, and instead seemed to already have a plan of not only WHERE & HOW to START, she was also able to envision what it all could become. With time, and due to Allie's excellent communication skills, it didn't take long for me to start feeling hopeful about our situation for the first time in a very long time. Very soon after Allie arrived for our initial consultation I knew I had made a good choice in calling her and as the work began & Allie helped me to actually find a "starting place" I was even happier that I found her. I'm not sure where to start when it comes to why Allie was so incredibly helpful to us. My moral was very low, I couldn't find a "starting point" and Allie almost immediately made me feel that it was doable and that it was possible to get our house back & to be able to enjoy it again. She had the knowledge of HOW to do it as well as a VISION of what it could be. Allie is also a great listener, sometimes her first idea of what to do w/ something wasn't a great fit to how we actually lived & she was always very flexible & open to making adjustments that would work for us. She has so many wonderful ideas about organizing homes, rooms & lives that I'm sure she's able to customize her plans to fit just about anyone's specific needs & wants. She has a great "eye" when it comes to style/colors/design and we ended up doing a bit of re-decorating too & that was a HUGE plus for me- & for us. It was the icing on the cake! I was continually impressed with Allie's eye for detail, her professionalism, work ethic (I seriously don't think she ever sat down in the months that she was with us) she appears tireless & she's surprisingly physically strong for her size, so don't let it fool you. :) I truly have never met anyone more reliable, more detailed oriented or more resourceful. Any BIG project I can imagine, whether it be organizing your house, planning your wedding or any other event that requires attention to details, timeliness and organizational skills are exactly the kind of thing that Allie is able to do, accomplish, make look easy & effortless. It doesn't hurt that she's a very very hard worker. In my experience, most people usually do not excel at ALL stages of a project. Some people are "big picture" people while others are better with details. It is no exaggeration to say that Allie is truly able to do it all: Set goals, plan how to accomplish them & what order things should be done in. There's her attention to detail and how quickly she seems to be able to pull things together that I have no doubt would've taken me at least 3 times longer. And all the while she's performing these organizational miracles, she's sweet, kind, TIDY, I mean very neat-- & somehow she keeps herself organized while fighting her way thru a huge mess. (It's actually pretty amazing to watch her work. Seriously. There were times when "Tasmanian Devil" or "Whirling Dervish" came to mind-- but in a GOOD way!) She's pretty darn amazing & I'm grateful for all of the different kinds of things she helped me with since meeting. She's also got a hilarious sense of humor once you get to know her! Even when I was feeling the most stressed & overwhelmed while we worked on my house, I never once saw Allie waiver in her professionalism or her personal belief (and vision) regarding the possibilities that were tangled up in our big messy pile of stuff. I honestly don't know anyone like her. I believe "overachiever" or "determined" might be good words to describe her, but she's not stubborn, at least not when it comes to her work (you would have to ask her husband about how she is when she's off the clock) It's not an exaggeration to say that Allie actually did change how I look at those things in life that torment us, that LOOM, that we try to avoid or we put off for as long as we can. Having seen her do what I really believed was the impossible (organizing my home, husband & 3 dogs) made a lasting impression on me & I'm grateful for that (probably unintended) gift she gave. I honestly would trust Allie with anything. If she says she'll do it, she will. If she says she'll be there, she will. And if she tells you that you can accomplish your goal, whatever it may be, you should believe her because she will guide you, motivate you & lead you thru it. AND, she's more than capable of just doing it herself, if that's what you're looking for.
Nicole came into a basement full of bicycles and bike parts after my husband dies. She found someone willing to buy them and take them away. She then proceeded to help me organize and disperse his many collectible items. She also helped immeasurably putting on a garage sale to clear out old tools, antiques, games, etc. Could not have done it without her. She was always on time, always ready to work and work hard. I highly recommend her work. Worth every penny.
