Randy was so quick to respond and got our trip booked within a couple days of me reaching out! Very professional and responsive which is rare in customer service today. I can’t stress this enough. When I have my mind set on doing something, I want to get it planned and booked ASAP. Randy was able to take the details of our groups’ request and put together a vacation package to Cancun in no time. Smooth process from start to finish. Exceeded expectations!

I don't charge fees. Quotes, consults, advice are complimentary. I often have promo codes and discounts for multiple rooms on many trips.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as much information as possible about the trip. From and to where? Dates? How many peoples? Budget? Desires to do on the trip? Sight see or just relax on a beach?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business a long time now and have lots of experience. I am well traveled. I attend conferences, seminars and webinars all the time
