Workers didn't appear professional as it took some time for them to figure how to install the garbage disposal. I was only quoted a price just before work was to be done; out of convience, I agreed to it despite it being on the high side.

My existing garbage disposal went bad on a Saturday and my wife wanted it replaced pronto. Ordered the model I wanted from Amazon on Sunday and had it delivered on Monday at 1:00 pm. J&T came out at 4:30 pm that afternoon and had it installed within 30 minutes. Came when he said he would, installed it quickly with no mess and charged exactly what he quoted. Was a pleasure to work with and would not hesitate to hire again. J&T also performed this work wearing a mask which I appreciated. Highly recommend.
