- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on being competitive with pricing. With an inspection of the job or a phone call to gather more information we can give you a total bid for the work being done. What you can expect is a $60 trip charge (Sometimes called a service call fee, this charge is the initial rate for bringing our technicians, equipment and expertise to your front door.) And then $75 per hour of work. EX: 1 hour of work would be charged at $135. 2 hours of work would be $210.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our friendly professional will call you and gather all the information that we need. We then determine if we will need to go to the job prior to be able to get a full scope of what needs to be done. Once all information is gathered we will promptly put together and send a quote for the total cost of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Brandon the owner of the company has been in construction his whole working life. He started with doing gutter and roof work. He has experience with home remodeling of all kinds and has been doing it for the past 10 years. He also does maintenance work for well known restaurants and businesses fulfilling any handyman work they might need. He is highly trusted with his clients.
