FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to know the space before cleaning. Having a conversation over the phone or FaceTime with the client establishes a connection and I learn what is needed. Every home is a different size and knowing in advance the condition of the space allows for better time management for cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have 8 year’s of work experience with Safeway grocery. Maintaining a reliable work ethic, background check, job performance reviews and management skills as Floral Department Manager for 6 yrs. Homeowners should expect from an individual cleaning their house, to be trustworthy and reliable with task oriented and organizational skills. Rooms should be cleaned, sanitized and tidy for everyone’s use.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
There is no better feeling then a job well done. Raised in a large family of 8 children, my parents owned a cleaning service. In 1982, they opened the first Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning in Colorado Springs. Providing a cleaning service to residential and commercial owners taught me the importance of functioning in a well cleaned environment. Free of dirt makes every space appear beautiful.
