- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is completed but measurements of each area. The pricing is based on what paint product requested. All pricing includes materials and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers, I listen to the customers needs buy walking the project. Then I complete my measurements , review the estimate on site. Ask questions on paint product, job scope. I inform all customers, our warranty, insurance, line item of all pricing of project and next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the customer , hospitality service for over 30 years. I take pride in providing a quality service and product on all jobs. I Truly care about service and customer satisfaction
