Anthony and Painting Bros were excellent . I contacted them in need of a downtown condo painted pretty quickly. They jumped right on it and completed the job in record time but not compromising on quality or workmanship. They were professional, listened to my needs on the project, matched the color of paint at a lower price and were excellent at communicating. I would recommended them highly !

Anthonys team did a great job on our rental townhouse! We needed a quick paint job downstairs before we listed the place and they came in 2 days later and did the job fast and it looks awesome. My experience with Painter Bros was good but not amazing. Anthony is very nice and easy to work with. They were able to get us in within a week which was great. However, it was not the cleanest job I’ve ever seen. First, there was quite a lot of paint splatters around that house, on the floor, cabinets, windows and door handles. It comes off easiest but a bit annoying to have such a big clean up. Also, the project took longer than expected because they had hired a crew member who on day 1 was making a huge mess and being unprofessional so they had to fire him and continue with a smaller crew. It’s not ideal that the crew isn’t thoroughly vetted. Also, we thought they were going to paint spray because the house was empty but they didn’t end up doing that because they didn’t want to cover everything. It’s a bit of bummer they didn’t because the paint is a bit blotchy in places and uneven. When they finish the project, they walk you through it so you can highlight any callouts but it’s hard to pick up on all the little details then. I ended up having to touch a few spots myself that were uneven. Also the edges around outlets and such were not very clean.
Overall the house looks great but if you are meticulous and want a very detail oriented painter, they are probably not for you. However I know they have different crew so I guess it depends.

My pricing is completed but measurements of each area. The pricing is based on what paint product requested. All pricing includes materials and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers, I listen to the customers needs buy walking the project. Then I complete my measurements , review the estimate on site. Ask questions on paint product, job scope. I inform all customers, our warranty, insurance, line item of all pricing of project and next steps.
