ACR did our roof today! After waiting months on insurance only to have it denied, ACR was able to help us afford a new roof. Tom, John and team of ACR did a phenomenal job! I gave roofing contract to ACR with very limited time as I had to complete the roofreplacement 10-12 days before closing my house sale. There was a snow day in between. The ACR team planned well, followed the schedule and completed the work on time with quality. Their professionalism and work quality is very impressive!

Working with Advanced Construction Roofing has been one of the best experiences I have had working with a contractor. John was amazing. He worked with my schedule and would meet with me no matter how short the notice. I replaced the roof and gutters on my mother's house. John gave me a time frame of 2 days to complete the job. It was done in 1! He also would send photos of the progress. Advanced Construction Roofing is A1 in my book. I will be calling them for an estimate on gutters on my own home. Thumbs up to John amd Tom too.

Tom, John and team of ACR did a phenomenal job. When I gave the roofing work to them I had very limited time to complete the work before closing of my house sale me being the seller. The ACR team planned well, followed the schedule, completed the work on time with quality, cleaned up well all surroundings well after completion, followed with city inspector and got the work approved all within the schedule. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Roofing has many different factors to consider when pricing. But generally speaking if the size of the roof and type of shingle to be installed is known, a rough starting quote can be offered without an initial inspection to the home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a owner contacts ACR- we'll perform a free, no-obligation inspection of the home. If an insurance claim is already in hand, we can work directly with the insurance company on behalf of the owner to insure the claim is maximize to cover all costs (minimizing any out of pocket costs for the owner). Once the claim and/or pricing is approved by both parties, we're ready to schedule the work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years in residential construction management. The past 2 years have been devoted entirely to exterior hail damage claims. This includes roofing, siding, windows, gutters and paint.
