FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I run a quarterly program called Health By The Numbers. That is a 20 session lifestyle change program that runs over a number of months. It is a group program so it will be less expensive than individual coaching. I also run an 8-week Health Jumpstart program. Again, a group program that is personalized but will keep expenses down. Although, if you want to create your own small group, that will help with your cost as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 - we have an initial conversation so that I understand your health concerns and the direction/goals that you have and to verify that we are a good fit for each other. 2 - After understanding your past journey and new journey, we determine the best plan for you - it could be group, it could be individual, etc. 3 - once we agree to work with each other, for about 80% of my clients that means keeping a food journal of some sort. An app can be used to track, or it can be written down on paper, or I've even gotten photo's of the meals. I don't ask for the journal to keep track of calories you have eaten but rather to look at what you are eating and drinking. 4 - we agree on the frequency of our meetings but in the beginning this is typically weekly. 5 - there is support and accountability along the way. I am very accessible for questions, support and accountability. 6 - we try and make the process as FUN as it can be!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the programs are based on - education, support, and accountability. The education is so that you understand the "why". I do not provide a program that just tells you what to eat. I want you to understand the why so that you are always in a position to make the better choice. It's not about perfection but rather progress.
