- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will give discounts on more than one workout booked at a time. Also, my HIIT workout pack a punch, are about 40 min long and are cheaper than the hourly rate. Great option! Also will give discounts if you bring a friend!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will start with a Fitness Assessment- this will take about an hour and we will go through your physical abilities and possible limitations and talk about your goals. Then, you will sit with me in a consultation and we will go over the individually designed fitness program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and got my education through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have personal experience, losing 65 pounds myself, and have some additional training in ergonomics. I specialize in weight loss, HIIT training, endurance training, and strength training. My approach touches every part of my client's life from diet to self-growth and behavior modification.
