- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will meet and discuss the project and provide an estimate as well as a time line for completeion. Once details and specifications are established we will provide a firm proposal and start date.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Hire a reliable and honest contractor with a depth of experience in the work you need done. As is any work arrangement, look for promptness and willingness to communicate. Does somebody usually answer the phone or are you always leaving messages? How difficult is it to arrange an estimate? It's hard not to go with the lowest price. Make sure you understand the bid and it addresses everything that you need accomplished and will be billed for.
