- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION -space analysis of client's space -determine a budget & timeline STEP 2: DESIGN PHASE -gather conceptual ideas -communicate & utilize necessary experts in the design field -create design scheme with client STEP 3: EXECUTION -order products -quality control by designer through communication with client, vendors, and contractors -deliver or professionally install, stage, and accessorize
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Interior Designer (certificate #33565) of the National Council of Interior Design (only nationally recognized professional interior design certification in the United States and Canada). Allied ASID member.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a child, I looked through Architectural Digest & Better Homes & Gardens magazines - studying and soaking up every page and even make furniture for my barbie dolls with cardboard and fabric I had around the house! I knew what I wanted to major in college my senior school year in high school.
